Moonfish operators, mother and son team, Camelia and Stephanos are so passionate about seafood that they even choose to go fishing on their days off.

Camelia is from a small island near Tahiti in the French Polynesia and has been working with seafood since she was a young girl. Her passion has been passed on to her son who is keen to build his reputation within the seafood industry working tirelessly on only providing quality fresh product. 

Camelia and Stephanos work hard to stand out from the crowd with live oyster shucking, spectacular seafood displays, even making their own batter, tartare and seafood sauces that are absolutely delicious!

There is a real sense of authenticity that Camelia and Stephanos bring to the shop and along with their team - Nathan, Graeme, Claude, Sako, Steve and Scott, you will not find more friendly, passionate and dedicated seafood specialists in the Illawarra, and if you ask nicely Camelia might even show you some traditional Tahitian dancing!
